Whether your question involves the analysis of public or proprietary datasets, our professionals can help.

2. Initial meeting

A perfect opportunity to discuss your needs with our Director of Business Development and understand the scope, the biological question and the intended outcome of your project.

3. Planning

Following bioinformatician identification and approval, you can transfer your data via a secure data transfer portal so that the project can start.

4. Analysis

Through a collaborative approach, we analyze your data, which involves technical processing of the data and embedding the results in a biological context which corresponds to your research questions and several iterations as the project proceeds.

5. Reporting and feedback

We provide the level of reporting that is requested. We interpret and discuss the outcome. In the feedback round, final deliverables will be defined and last adaptations will be made accordingly. Eventually, the deliverables will be handed over in a comprehensive and interactive summary report including processed data, visualisations and a detailed methods description. We also offer ongoing support for refinement of the analysis
